CURB360 is a fast growing real estate media company serving real estate agents, brokers, and property managers. We provide media services through a streamlined tech driven platform and operate across multiple US markets. We are starting with Houston as our primary focus and expanding nationally. This role is a key leadership position in that growth.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Lead Salesperson to own sales in the Houston market first, then help replicate and scale the sales motion nationally. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who has real experience selling directly to real estate agents, brokers, or property managers and understands how these professionals think, buy, and build long term vendor relationships. You will sell, build relationships, and help shape how sales is done as CURB360 grows.

Pay Structure:
Compensation is structured as a base salary plus commission, with multiple compensation scenarios based on the candidate's sales experience and background. Commission is performance based and uncapped.
