What You'll Do

\n

As An Extra-ordinary Leader Within A Growing Global Initiative, You Will:

\n

\n

Develop and engage other leaders to:

\n

• Provide leaders with access to leadership and personal development content and frameworks that help them discover and activate their own leadership identity.

\n

• Engage with aspiring and established leaders alike helping them find healthy discernment and decision-making and gain a focused intention with confidence and clarity.

\n

• Sustain consistent and professional communication through technology tools and structured follow-up systems.

\n

\n

Lead with clarity, focus and passion:

\n

• Immerse yourself continually in the ongoing training in the personal and leadership development programs.

\n

• Continually sharpen your ability to coach, communicate and demonstrate what it means to be an extra-ordinary leader of leaders.

\n

• Leverage the methodologies, behaviors and strategies to continually raise your level of leadership while elevating those you serve.

\n

\n

Make a meaningful impact through your leadership

\n

• Become an active participant our initiatives that challenge the leader to step up, own their influence, and design their work and life with purpose and conviction of a heart-based leader.

\n

• Model a standard of visionary leadership by keeping the intentions that a visionary heart-based leader looks like in every interaction and opportunity.

• Have experience in leadership coaching and or mentoring, organizational development, and working with individuals to help them emerge the leader from within.
