We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support commercial agreement activity for a team based in Denver, CO. This 3-month Temp opportunity is ideal for an entry-level to mid-level candidate who can manage complex contract workflows, review legal language with care, and work closely with stakeholders in a hybrid environment. The role focuses on preparing, negotiating, and administering business agreements while helping maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround across the contract lifecycle. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position!Responsibilities:• Prepare, review, and revise commercial agreements to support business needs and reduce contractual risk.• Lead contract discussions with internal partners and external parties to move negotiations forward efficiently.• Redline draft documents with attention to legal terminology, business obligations, and approval requirements.• Manage contracts from initial request through execution, renewal, amendment, and record retention.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify terms, resolve issues, and keep agreements aligned with company standards.• Track key dates, deliverables, and status updates to ensure contracts are completed on schedule.• Support contract administration activities, including documentation accuracy, version control, and audit readiness.• Contribute to process improvements related to contract handling and operational consistency as needed.
