Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company offerings. Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team. Collaborate with team members to support promotional and business objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of current services, promotions, and brand messaging. Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience.
