• Call only coverage -- beeper call with 20-minute response time
• 3 - 8 patients seen per 24-hour call period
• Inpatient hospital setting -- both rounding and call coverage
• Pediatric patients including newborns
• Extensive procedural skills required -- intubation, central lines, chest tubes
• Non-invasive and invasive ventilation management required
• Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and sedation required
• Ongoing assignment
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
